We used to live in a 17th century cottage – we found the Slimline to be both discrete and practical, and installed it in various rooms – with great success.
When we moved to a brand new house 18 months ago, we decided to use it throughout the house and also in the separate studio. The beauty for us, apart from the obvious functionality of it, is that we could install it gradually and still have some spaces to do.
We cannot fault the product – easy to install, very discrete visually, meaning even if there are no paintings on the wall it is not visually intrusive. It is easy to use and you can add to it any time.
We use the Slimline Clear Tape hangers in the studio and the Slimline Stainless Steel Cables with the Push Button hooks throughout our house.

Being one of the first galleries to have used your lighting system, my initial gallery in Maleny achieved excellent results in sales and I credit this directly to the excellent illumination of our artwork. The same result but in a completely different gallery space (warehouse) was achieved in my South Melbourne Studio/Gallery. I am now in the process of establishing Maleny Arts Retreat which will incorporate a gallery space of over 250 square metres. As my first choice of lighting is your Gallery Lighting, we will be using your system. The obvious benefits to me are low installation cost, low running cost, versatility, low heat and of course, the excellent overall effect of the lights on the artwork. Another benefit some people may overlook is that with the lighting system being direct onto the artwork, we are able to keep the rest of the lighting in the gallery to a minimum, if not delete it altogether, therefore minimizing any distraction from the artwork. I also use your system as permanent lighting for my artwork in the main living area of our home, as it creates a wonderful ambience. Looking forward to doing business with you again shortly. We use The Gallery System because it is reliable, efficient and discreet, therefore allowing our clients to concentrate on the art – which is exactly what we want! Having used different generations of the system, we find the innovation of track-mounted lighting especially useful because it focuses directly on the paintings, keeping the attention where it should be. The Gallery System has been so successful at our galleries, that we have recommended it to many of our art collectors who have had it installed into their homes and all have been more than happy with the results. This is by far the most cost-effective, safe and easy to use hanging system we have known and we have no intentions of changing it.

We have installed the Gallery System in our gallery and it certainly shows art at its best. We are very happy with our Gallery Systems Art Displays, Inc. railings!! The South Texas College Library Art Gallery program now has five art galleries within each library at all five Campuses around the Rio Grande Valley.
